Who We Are

GTA6 Gaming (www.gta6-gaming.com) is an independent media site covering Grand Theft Auto VI news. It is edited by Stefie (see the About the author page) and hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). The site is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Data We Collect

Newsletter. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is processed by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue, a French company), our sending provider. It is used solely for that purpose, never shared with other third parties, and kept until you unsubscribe (a link is included in every email).

Comments. Article comments are handled by Giscus, built on GitHub Discussions. To comment, you authenticate with GitHub; we collect no login data ourselves. GitHub's privacy rules apply.

Browsing. No browsing data is collected without your consent (see the cookies section below). The site never asks for an account, a password or payment details.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-BRFPPDX515) to measure audience traffic. This analytical cookie is loaded only after your consent, given through the cookie banner displayed on your first visit.

If you decline, no analytical cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. When accepted, the collected data is used exclusively for statistics (page views, referrers, device type). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the site's cookies in your browser: the banner will be shown again.

Advertising

The site may display ads through Google AdSense. If ads are active, Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve tailored ads, subject to your consent given through the cookie banner. Without consent, only non-personalized ads may be shown.

Data Retention

Newsletter email address: until you unsubscribe. Google Analytics data: 14 months maximum (GA4's default retention setting). No other personal data is retained by the site.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as a right to portability. To exercise these rights, write to social@gta6-gaming.com; we answer within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with your local data protection authority (CNIL in France, www.cnil.fr).

Changes to This Policy

This policy may evolve, in particular if new services are activated (advertising, tools). The last-updated date at the top of this page is authoritative. Significant changes (new data processing) will be flagged through the cookie banner.
